Privacy Policy

TallyClose is built privacy-first. Our calculators and lookups run entirely in your browser — the price, state, loan, and other figures you type are never sent to us or stored. We can't see, sell, or leak them, because we never receive them.

What we do and don't collect

• Tool inputs: processed locally in your browser only. Never transmitted or stored.
• No quote forms: we don't host mortgage, insurance, or title quote forms, so we never collect the personal information those require.
• Email (optional): if you subscribe to our checklist, we store the email address you provide to send it and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell or rent email addresses.
• Basic analytics: we may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally.

Outbound partner links

When you click a clearly-labeled partner link, you leave TallyClose and go to that company's own site, which has its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is governed by their terms, not ours. See how we make money for details.

Your rights

Because we collect so little, there's little to request — but if you've subscribed and want your email removed, email hello@tallyclose.com and we'll delete it. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) have rights to access and delete personal data; since the only personal data we hold is a voluntarily-provided email, those requests are straightforward.
